Ultimate Tennis Fire and Ice는 만 14세 이상이 가입·이용할 수 있습니다. 회사의 다른 게임에 관한 일반 문서의 연령 설명과 구분하여 이 게임의 기준을 확인해 주세요. 만 14세 미만의 가입은 제공하지 않습니다.

Apple 로그인과 이메일

Apple 로그인을 선택하면 Apple과 Firebase가 계정 인증에 필요한 정보를 처리합니다. Apple에서 제공한 이메일은 비공개 이메일 릴레이 주소일 수 있습니다. 게임 계정과 진행을 식별하는 정보는 게임 이용을 위해 처리됩니다.

게스트 계정을 이용할 때

Apple 로그인에 연결하지 않은 게스트 계정은 기기에 저장된 로그인 정보로 식별됩니다. 앱 삭제·앱 데이터 삭제·기기 변경 이후에는 복구를 보장하지 않습니다. 기존 게스트 게임 계정은 설정 → 계정 관리에서 Apple 로그인에 연결할 수 있으며, 정상 연결 후 같은 게임 계정과 진행이 유지됩니다. 이는 별도 게임 계정의 통합이나 다른 계정으로 구매 권한 이전을 보장하는 뜻은 아닙니다.

광고와 오류 진단

앱은 Google AdMob, 동의 안내를 위한 UMP와 Firebase Crashlytics를 포함합니다. 광고 제공·보안·진단 과정에서 관련 사업자가 기기 정보, 광고 관련 정보나 오류 기록 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 광고 제한 설정을 사용한다고 모든 정보 수집이 없어지는 것은 아닙니다.

서비스별 처리 범위와 보관·이전 정보는 Tennis 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 공급자의 공개 설명은 Google Mobile Ads 데이터 안내와 Firebase 개인정보 안내에서도 확인할 수 있습니다.

게임 이용 분석·광고 성과 측정 선택

게임 개선과 광고 성과 측정을 위해 Google의 Firebase Analytics·GA4와 Meta에 앱 실행, 튜토리얼·경기 결과, 상품·구매 금액·통화 등의 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다. Google에는 설치·구매 및 광고 노출·수익 측정에 필요한 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 측정 SDK는 앱 설치 식별자, 기기·운영체제·동의 정보와 IP 기반 대략적 위치 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 처리 항목, 수신자와 국외 처리·보관 범위는 개인정보처리방침에서 확인해 주세요.

데이터 공유 선택은 필수 서비스 동의와 AdMob 광고 동의 안내와 별개이며 처음에는 선택되지 않습니다. 모두 거부하거나 공유를 철회해도 기본 게임을 이용할 수 있습니다. 선택 전과 거부 중의 플레이 정보를 나중에 소급하여 공유하지 않습니다. 구매 지급·복원에 필요한 처리는 선택적 광고 성과 측정과 구분합니다.

설정 → 계정 관리 → 데이터 공유 선택에서 선택을 변경하거나 모두 거부할 수 있습니다. 철회 후에는 이 기능의 새 이벤트 수집·전송을 중단하며, 이미 전송된 정보의 삭제 요청은 별도로 dc@winusgames.com에서 접수합니다. 앱 데이터 삭제나 기기 변경 후에는 선택을 다시 확인할 수 있습니다.

현재 이 측정 기능의 광고 ID·IDFA 수집과 맞춤형 광고용 식별정보 사용은 꺼져 있습니다. 이것이 모든 기기·설치 정보 처리를 없애는 것은 아닙니다. 게임의 Facebook 로그인이나 새 Facebook 계정 생성은 필요하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 2026-10-12 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.

계정 삭제와 14일 유예

1. 앱의 설정 → 계정 관리 → 계정 삭제에서 요청합니다. Apple 계정은 재인증과 Apple 연결 권한 철회를 진행합니다.
2. 삭제 대기 상태가 되면 게임 이용이 중지됩니다. 14일 안에 앱에서 로그인하면 삭제 요청을 취소할 수 있습니다.
3. 유예가 끝나면 게임 계정·진행과 Firebase 사용자 삭제 작업이 진행됩니다. 최종 파기된 게임 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다.

계정 삭제는 Apple 구매 기록의 삭제나 자동 환불을 뜻하지 않습니다. 법정 보존 거래 기록, 게임 DB 백업과 외부 사업자의 정보 정리는 별도 범위와 기간을 갖습니다. 앱을 사용할 수 없거나 삭제 상태를 확인하려면 고객지원에 문의해 주세요.

Your account and privacy

This page explains age checks, sign-in, data sharing choices, and account deletion. Read the Tennis Privacy Policy for data processing, retention, and international transfers, and the Tennis Terms of Service for service conditions.

Age and sign-in choices

The game is for players aged 14 or older. At sign-up, players affirm that they meet this condition without entering a date of birth. This is self-affirmation, not identity-based age verification.

On iOS, players can start as a guest or choose Sign in with Apple through Firebase. Apple may provide a private relay email address. Before linking, guest access relies on login information stored on the device; recovery is not guaranteed after deleting the app or its data or changing devices. An existing guest game account can be linked in Settings → Account Management. Successful linking keeps the same game account and progress; it does not imply merging separate game accounts or moving purchase entitlements to another account.

Ads and diagnostics

The app includes Google AdMob, UMP consent information and Firebase Crashlytics. Advertising and diagnostic services may process device, advertising or crash information. Restricted advertising does not mean that no data is collected. Read the Tennis Privacy Policy for processing and retention details.

Gameplay analysis and advertising measurement choices

You can choose to share app usage, tutorials, match outcomes, and product, purchase value and currency information with Google Firebase Analytics, GA4, and Meta to improve the game and measure advertising. Google measurement may include install, store transaction, ad impression, and revenue information. The SDKs may process an app-installation identifier, device and operating-system information, consent state, and approximate location derived from IP information. Read the Privacy Policy for recipients, international processing, and retention.

This optional choice starts off and is separate from required service consent and the AdMob consent process. You can play without sharing and change or withdraw the choice in Settings → Account Management → Data sharing choices. Play before the choice or while sharing is declined is not replayed later. Purchase delivery and restoration are separate from optional advertising measurement.

Withdrawal stops new collection and sending by this feature. It does not immediately erase information already sent; contact dc@winusgames.com for deletion or other privacy requests. Choices may need to be made again after clearing app data or changing devices. Advertising-ID and IDFA use for this feature is currently disabled; some app-installation or device information may still be processed after the measurement choice. Facebook login is not required. See the October 12, 2026 Privacy Policy for details.

Account deletion

Request deletion in Settings → Account → Delete account. Apple accounts require reauthentication and withdrawal of the Apple connection. Game access stops while deletion is pending. Signing in during the 14-day grace period can cancel the request.

After the grace period, game account and Firebase user deletion are processed. A finally deleted game account cannot be restored. Apple purchase records, legally retained records, company backups and external providers' retention are handled separately; deletion does not automatically issue a refund.
